I came back from a holiday not in the best shape and really wanted to try and get as fit as possible

This challenge held me accountable for my actions and would ensure that I stayed on my path to meet the goals I had set out for my self

I was worked out at the gym 5 days and played Basketball 2 days a week, My goal was and still is to bulk and put on some lean mass

With my work outs planned I thought about what would go into my supplement stack, this ended up having Super greens in the mornings, Multi Vitamin at lunch, Berry Blast before Work outs and YOR MRP after, then I would have my Probiotics and Repair pills before bed
