Hola a todos, estoy muy contento con los resultados de este reto. En 8 semanas logre muchas cosas, me siento muy orgulloso de los resultados.
Lo unico que hice fue incorporar los productos a mi dia a dia y los cambios se dieron solos. En las mañanas al iniciar mi dia tomaba probitics Ultra y yor repair.
Durante mis entranamientos no podia faltar el Muscle energy y terminando el gym siempre estaba listo con mi Yor Shake de Vainilla y Chocolate, a medio dia me encargue de que jamas me faltara el super greens y siempre acompanie mis alimentos con una capsula de Yor Digest Ultra.
Me gustaria seguir en el reto para seguir teniendo este tipo de cambios ya que estoy muy contento con ellos y sobre todo con los productos, ya que aunque no me comprometi con una sana alimentacion los resultados son magnificos.
