Before I started Yor health I was a heavy caffeine drinker and a heavy smoker. I was having anywhere from 4 coffee's a day plus at least two large mother cans. I am a tattoo artist and found it hard to maintain concentration on long sittings, so I turned to caffeine. I also find it difficult to eat throughout the day and I have always found it very hard to put on weight and maintain muscle mass.
When I started the Yor product range I dropped about a kilo in the first week, (mostly my belly), from then after gradually put on little amounts again. I work out every day but also find it very difficult to eat enough times throughout the day as I just don't find the time in between clients. Instead I have found myself having at least one MRP to get me through in between meal breaks. I have cut back also on my cigarette's per day which is allowing me to be able to do more in my workouts as I'm not 'choking' as much!
I feel amazing since being on these products, and I now don't feel the need for caffeine, and I have also started craving healthier foods. I am looking forward to my next 8 week challenge!
