Hola! Estoy súper emocionada por el cambio que tuve. Mi reto es definir músculos.
Los productos que he tomado son Repair en ayunas, MRP, Super Greens y Fiber después de correr, Digest ultra antes de comer y vitaminas, Berry Blast en la tarde y vitaminas antes de dormir.
Tengo 50 años y me siento en el mejor momento físicamente. Antes hacia ejercicio pero nunca me había sentido tan emocionada por tener cambios.
