Hi everyone, I am finishing my third challenge and I thought that I could not get more results from those products but I reached my goal and I am feeling amazing!

-Starting my mornings with 2 scoops of Yor Shake, mixed with 1 scoop of Super Greens 1 banana, 1 Probiotic and 1 Repair.

-Before lunch I have a second break fast, during lunch I have 1 Enzymes.

-After a small snack in the afternoon I have dinner with 1 Enzymes

-Before I go to bed I have 1 Repair
I exercise 6 times a week, from going to the gym to training Capoeira (Brazilian martial art). Around 1 hour a day.
