I would just like to say that I love the Yor Health products. I like the Yor muscle energy during my workout and pre-workout with 2 scoops of Vanilla Yor Shake along with a pack of Yor Berry blast. It really kept my day smooth when I would workout and then go to work. I didn't have a steady meal plan but for my next challenge, that will be included and try to get the best results possible. I was kind of on and off for I don't know what reason but I noticed a change in my body when I would use the products. And after seeing my transformation, I really thought to myself, "imagine if you would of been on it the full 8 weeks, how much better would your body be!"
