The last 8 weeks havent made sense to alot of people around me, and most days even to myself. I had plenty of times I wanted to quit and not finish what I had started, I fell down I had bumps in the road but every week I got up and continued to keep pushing to say that I had. My results from the Yor Health Challenge werent just physical, they were mental and emotional. I got healthier, stronger and happierwith the skin I'm in and the person I am. I will continue my healthy lifestyle with dedication, disipline, self respect and passion to be the best version of me. My starting weight was 66kg anf finishing is 62kg, my aim wasnt to loose much weight but to be fit and strong, which I have achieved, I will still continue to work towards new goals with the help of certain Yor Health products I found helpful like Yor Supergreens, Yor Probiotic Ultra and Yor Digest Ultra. I will be continuing my 5 day a week training in the hym, setting myself new goals and challenges to achieve.
