Hey guys,
I'm going to be honest, at the start of this challenge I didn't believe it would work. I believed it was another so called diet plan that was going around. Another so called con.
Happily I was extremely mistaken.
Before the 8 weeks and has a mechanic, I would eat junk food 3-5 times a week and rarely exercise. This caused me to be lazy, lacked energy and motivation. I didn't think I was over weight or unhealthily until I did this challenge.
Using the meal replacement shakes on a morning, I felt I didn't eat until lunch time. Where I had a balanced meal or vegetables and a portion for protein, having the same again for dinner. No junk food or carbs. I feel amazing losing 12kg's in 8 weeks.
I suffered from stomach reflux and bad indigestion to the point where I doctor could not find any problems. The new diet along with the digestive tablets that aid in breaking down foods, helping calm my stomach to the point where I didn't think about how my insides were doing, I just carried on with life has it should be.
During the course of the 8 weeks, I was taking recover tablets morning and night, has the course required. Again I was reluctant that this would work. After going to the gym 3-4 nights a week I found I could lift more and go that bit further, pushing harder and lifting heavier with great recovery. There was no muscle aches or pains the next day, I felt I could go further again.
I do wish I trusted these products alot quicker then I did, It may have helped in more of a sculpted body. I would defiantly try it again in the future knowing what I know now.
