Hace 8 semanas tone la decision de estar mejor conmigo mismo. No me sentia comodo con mi imagen ya que pesaba 96 kg, mi ropa ya no me quedaba y estaba preocupado por mi salud, asi que decidi inscribirme al Reto de 8 semanas Yor Best Body.

Emepece a tomar el YOR Shake por la mañana y por la noche, y poco despues comence a complementar esto con un poco de ejercicio, lo cual me hizo bajar 5 kg, llegando a un peso final de 91 kg.
