Well my first 8 week challenge is finished!!!!! Im very happy to have completed it but also very sad as I have enjoyed it so much. I didn't exactly get to my goal weight. But over the last 8 weeks I have learnt its not even about what comes up on the scales. I feel amazing which i felt within the first week, I have more energy then ever before, health issues which have gone since starting the challenge and my body is now healthy and looking better then ever.
I had never thought of my self as a big girl or a skinny girl I have always been in the middle somewhere. Since having my daughter in 2013 I started some very bad habits. I realise looking back now I was making excuses for the bad food I chose to eat and my clothes that started to not fit.... I didn't even realise how bad I looked until I got half way through my challenge and compared the before photo to the one I took at half way point! I was shocked! I could believe how bad I looked... I had let myself go. I am so happy to be at the other side of that now! I hope to complete another 8 week challenge at some stage this year and for now I just need to try and maintain what I have achieved for now.

I would take berry blast super greens early in morning and probiotics and ultra repair before I went to gym. Come home have a meal replacement shake and scrambled eggs. Lunch would consist of a protein with lots of green veg with a digest tablet. If I went to gym at night id save my berry blast and super greens until before that. Tea for majority of my challenge was a shake but I started having more meals at half way point. Through out the day id have some fruit and an occasional low carb protein bar. Started going to gym 3 times a week by the 3rd week I was going 5 days a week until the end. My weight started at around 75 kg and is now 66.6. Im so happy with what I have achieved and hope I can inspire others to complete there goals :)
