Terminar otro ciclo del Reto es muy satisfactorio para mí, ya que poco a poco voy logrando avances que en años anteriores no había obtenido.

He batallado con mi falta de peso desde la infancia. Siempre me ha costado trabajo encontrar ropa de mi talla, porque a pesar de comprar tallas chicas, la ropa me quedaba ancha, además de que no me gustaba que al verme frente al espejo se me notaran las costillas.

Desde mi primer ciclo en el Reto me sorprendí con los cambios. Durante este ciclo, debido a mis ocupaciones, tuve poco tiempo para hacer ejercicio, y aún así he visto resultados.

Empezaba mi jornada ejercitándome en casa, con algunas rutinas de ejercicios que vi en internet y consumiendo el Muscle Energy, MRP y Digest Ultra.
