Al comenzar el reto mi peso era de 133.0 kg. y comense con el paquete de adelgaza el cual consta de tres malteadas un probiotico, un yor digest, y el berry blast y lo tomo diario combinándolo con 30 min. de bicicleta estática, gracias a este reto e podido bajar de peso con poco esfuerzo ya que estoy saliendo de una fractura de tibia y me resulta complicado emplearme a fondo en la practica de un ejercicio los cambios en mi persona han sido muy agradables ya que tengo una mejor digestión, y me siento con mucha mas energía, se me complicaba levantarme temprano cuando tenia que ir a trabajar lo cual ha cambiado me siento con mucha energía y hago mejor y mas cosas al día.
