I started the challenge because I wanted to loose some unwanted fat around my mid section and get my confidence back when I'm at the beach.
I always started my day with a super greens and berry blast (my favourite) and always remembered to take the essential vitamins and digest ultra with my daily meals. Towards the end I discovered the power of the YOR Shakes mixed with berries and fruit to help between meals, they taste so good and you can mix them with just about anything! After gym and a big day at work, I always took the probiotic ultra and repair ultra half an hour before bed to go to work on my body while I slept.

Because I live on the Gold Coast and work in western suburbs of Brisbane, it takes me 1.5 hours to get to work and depending on traffic some times it takes 2 or more hours to get home. My days are usually a good 10hours of constant concentration working on heavy earthmoving and road development machinery mixed with random travels to places hours away, so I struggled day to day with, time energy and motivation to move house twice, manage and maintain 2 investment properties, buy a house, catchup with friends and family let alone exercise regularly.

When I trained I worked out for no longer than an hour, making sure I make the most of my time. Im so thankful for the product range giving me the energy and focus I needed to get through the constant long days. One of my favourite ways of exercise was to climb Mt Warning at 3am to see the sunrise for my birthday. I managed to reach my goal weight, getting from 84kg to 82kg and also increase my strength all round by adding an extra 15 - 25kg. but on top of that I always made time to help my team and maintain a positive attitude to life and keep moving towards my goal.

This 8 week challenge has made me realise that exercise is just as important as air, sleep and super greens! I feel absolutely amazing and have more energy that I can remember, people have said that I even look happier, younger and more alive. Before this, I would give just about anything else priority over the gym and exercise by saying to myself "I'll just do extra tomorrow" and we all know that never happens. From now on exercise is a part of my daily routine, because at the end of the day, if your body isn't running at its full potential how do we expect our mind to?
