Este es mi primer reto y me siento realmente feliz por el gran cambio que he tenido. Mi peso anterior era de 64.8kg y ahora mi peso fue de 67.6, consumí relativamente todos los productos y la verdad es que son deliciosos, tomaba la malteada por la mañana junto con los yor probiotics, preparaba la malteada con el YOR Fiber acompañado con un berry, antes de cada comida me tomaba las yor vitamin y las yor digest, durante la tarde después de haber comido, recuperaba energía con el yor super green y un yor berry blast.
