A punto de finalizar el reto me siento muy feliz... logre el principal reto conmigo mismo, el empezar a tener una alimentación saludable.
Antes pesaba 95 Kg, me sentía super mal, con la ropa apretada, sin embargo ahora que peso 87 Kg, puedo decir lo maravilloso que me siento al poder ponerme esos pantalones que ya no me ponía por lo apretado que me quedaban.
Gracias al Digest, logre tener una buena digestión en mi organismo, complementándolo con los Probioticos. Ademas de tomar las vitaminas, Super Greens, Fiber Plus, Berry Blast, el MRP,este ultimo de un sabor muy agradable, mi favorito el de vainilla.
El ejercicio que mas practica era el de cardio, diario saliendo de la oficina. Practicando zumba.
