Inicie este reto con un peso de 83 kg y finalice con 79.7 kg. Para este reto me apoye en los productos Yor Digest Ultra, Yor Muscle Energy, Yor Repair Ultra y Yor Supergreens. Digest Ultra fue el pilar de mi día a día utilizándolo 2 veces al día con mis comidas mas fuertes. Yor Muscle Energy y Yor Repair Ultra fueron vitales para poder continuar con mi entrenamiento de larga distancia en bicicleta, y Supergreens era un alivio fresco para finalizar el día con una porción ligera cargada de frutas y verduras. Mi rutina de ejercicio consistio en 3 veces a la semana bicicleta de ruta en pista y 3 veces a la semana ejercicio de peso corporal para fortalecer mi tren superior. Este reto para mi fue muy especial ya que inicie formalmente mi camino para realizar un Full Ironman lo cual antes del reto me parecia algo imposible, pero con el soporte de los poderosos productos de Yor Health, la confianza y consciencia que he adquirido a través del reto y los grandes mentores que tengo en Yor Health Mexico estoy convencido que realizar un Ironman solo es cuestión de tiempo y un paso mas en la liberación de los limites que en algún momento considere que tenia. =)
