¡Hola a todos!

Este ciclo fue simplemente INCREÍBLE: aunque mi peso general no llegó a lo deseado en general bajé la grasa que recuperé después de una operación, así que los 2 kg de músculo y mayor definición ahí están!

Básicamente usé toda la línea de productos: Yor Shake después del ejercicio, Super Greens como colación, Enzimas y Vitaminas antes del alimento, Repair y Probioticos antes de dormir.

El ejercicio que me toco hacer se enfocó en resistencia muscular trabajando todo el cuerpo, empece con una frecuencia de 3 veces por semana para rematar este último par en 6 veces semanal.

Pero sin duda además de lo físico siento que estoy creciendo mas en mi auto-consciencia, ya estoy detectando y abriendo tapones que no me dejaban avanzar... Se que falta destapar aun mas pero eso también es parte de mi Reto :)
