Hola familia Yor Health. Estoy muy contenta de este reto porque me he sentido y visto como cuando tenía 15 años. Tengo 25 y ahora ya me veo como antes y lo mejor es que sé que puedo estar así por muchos años más.
Lo que hice en este reto diferente a los demás es que me tomé el yor shape todos los días 2 en ayunas, una a medio dia y otra a medía tarde, dependiendo de mi rutina.
En la noche me preparaba una MRP de vainilla con un poco de manzana y hielo, la licuaba y me encantaba porque si sabe a nieve derretida como dice el video de presentación. Mis enzimas digestivas no faltan en la hora de la comida, el super greens de vez en cuando y el berry para esos momentos después de comer :)
Lo que me ha encantado es que ya me tengo que ir de shopping porque la ropa ya no me queda, bajé una talla!!! :)
Estoy orgullosa en formar parte de esta gran comunidad y vamos a ganar retos!
