Hola, soy Veronica Lagunas, tengo 32 años y nunca había imaginado participar en un reto para definir mi cuerpo. Sólo había pensado en bajar de peso más que nada por imagen. Lo que hice fue desayunar por la mañana fruta, pero antes en ayuno me tomaba el Repair. Hacia una hora de ejercicio CROSSFIT y a la hora me tomaba 1 MRP. De comida era arroz o quinoa con verduras y una ensalada verde, durante el día. De cena una ensalada verde con varias tipos de verduras. Durante el ejercicio o después tomaba una medida de supergreens con berry blast para mantenerme despierta y con energía durante el día!!
Gracias al reto y al ejercicio que comencé a realizar puedo decir que he vuelto al peso de hace 10 años cuando estaba en la Universidad. ?? y si, en la mejor forma de mi vida!
