Throughout this 8 weeks, I was able to maintain a weight I am happy with. I haven't weighed this much (178) since high school and I plan to stay around this weight for the rest of my life. I have seen increases in strength and stamina at the gym and other people have taken notice to my body shape and athleticism. The gym owners where I have been taking classes has actually asked me to help guide some group classes. This will be a challenge but I am ready! The hard work has also helped me with my rec softball games and all my heavy lifting and digging in the garden has been a breeze this Spring! I love how my digestion works on the products, and hate how it feels off of them. Digestive Ultra, fiber and the probiotics work wonders for me and keeps me regular.
