Hello my name is Malcolm Wilson . I currently reside in Bridgeport, CT . I completed the 8 week challenge for the second time and I am proud to say that I reached my new goal weight. Through the 8 week challenge, I have grown more confident and comfortable with my body. Currently I am working in a UFC gym as a personal trainer and a boxing coach. I love using the YOR health products on a daily basis. I have been consuming 2-3 YOR protein shakes each day, which allowed me to gain an extra 5 pounds of muscle.
