Al iniciar este reto no tenia condición física, pues no hacia ejercicio. A las dos semanas de hacer 1 hora de ejercicios cuatro veces por semana, logre una mejor respiración y hacer series de abdominales y mayor inclinación en laterales.
Acostumbre al iniciar todas las mañanas tomar Repair y probioticos.
Camino al trabajo me tomo una deliciosa malteada yor MRP con súper greens, la cual me satisface para dedicarme a mi trabajo sin pensar en los alimentos chatarra que antes consumía.
