The 8 week challenge is a true transformation, it is a life style and a way to get to the next level. My challenge was to slim down but during my challenge I ended up gaining lean muscle and burning fat by lifting more weights than cardio. The products were the core to my challenge from the yor shake in the morning to the complete burn in the afternoon all the way to the repair and vitamins before bed. I took all of the yor health products through out my challenge and they helped me fight the urges to eat fast food and make it through those long days! This first challenge was an eye opener for me and I am proud of myself for finishing it. I now have the tools and determination to reach my goal for the next cycle!
