Mi peso al iniciar era de 80 kilos al terminar mi reto peso 73 kg

Yo me tomo 3 veces al dia el MRP, tambien tomo fibra, complete burn, digest,repair, super greens.

Hago ejercicio 6 veces a la semana, hago brazo, pecho, abdominales, un poco de pierna, espalda.
