En este reto estoy muy muy contenta por mis resultados perdí 6 kilos y ademas dos tallas menos..
A pesar de mi problema hormonal padezco de ovarios poliquisticos el cual es complicado perder peso, pero a pesar de eso obtuve muy buenos resultados y para mi esooo fue fantasticoo!!!!
La manera en que tome mi producto fue de la siguiente : por las mañanas tomaba Mrp com fibra y mis vitaminas y probioticos
Al media mañana tomaba mi shape y enzimas una comida balanceada
A media tarde mi maravilloso super green
Y en la cena de igual forma mi mrp
