Estoy SUUUUUUPER contenta con los cambios en este mi segundo ciclo de El Reto!!!!!
Yo tomo los productos de las 4 lineas, al despertar mis Probioticos y 2 Repairs que gracias a estos ultimos mi nueva vida haciendo ejercicio a sido totalmente placentera, no me duele el cuerpo al grado de ya no querer hacer nada y siempre querer regresar al gimnasio :o)
Me tomo mi YOR Shake ya sea de vainilla o chocolate en ocasiones le pongo 1 scoop de Supergreens o le agrego fruta, durante mi rutina que consta de 10min de cardio al llegar, aparatos (pesas) durante 30min y 20 o 30 min de cardio (para finalizar) me estoy tomando mi Berry Blast q sin el la vida en el gym no seria la misma HAHAHAHAHAHA me da un rendimiento FANTASTICO y que nunca habia tenido ya que antes a los 5 min de hacer algun tipo de ejercicio cardio ya me queria rendir, trato de hacer ejercicio 5 dias a la semana pero normalmente voy 4 dias :o)
En mi comida y cena me tomo 1 Digest Ultra junto con mis Essential Vitamis para obtener lo mejor de todos mis alimentos y no quedarme con lo que mi cuerpo y digestion no necesitan :o)
El Reto a cambiado mi forma de ver el ejercicio ya que antes era algo pesado, aburrido y naaaaada motivante, ahora me gusta cuidarme, ir al gimnasio es divertido, me encantan los resultados que tengo y aparte estoy ganando $!!!! Esto esta GE-NIAL!!!!
