When i started my 8 week challenge i was at 159 pounds, after the 8 weeks i ended at 164 pounds. I have been trying to gain muscle for a long time but i didn't see results until now that i really focused on my diet. This 8 week challenge i focused on exercising hard and eating a lot more. My main focus was on eating more tuna, turkey and chicken. I did about 4-5 meals a day. The products that i used were the Digest Ultra, Completeburn, Vanilla MRP, Supergreens, and Repair. I started off my morning with the vanilla MRP and Supergreens. I took a Completeburn around 10 to give me energy during work. I used the Digest Ultra with every meal. I took the repair every night and i took two on workout days to help me recover which i saw a huge difference after taking them. i was only able to exercise 4 days a week. I worked mostly focused on my legs, chest, back and arms. Two of those days i did cardio for about 15 minutes. This challenge had a huge impact on me because im starting to learn a lot more about dieting and knowing what to eat so that my body grows like i wanted it.
