I started the Challenge 8 weeks weighing 54.00 kg long between the Gym to tone my body and slim had succeeded.
In just eight weeks , ne I achieve what I could not gain muscle mass and tone .
Every day I took the YOR Health products . One of my favorites is the Berry Blast Yor , Yor Super Greens and malted YOR MRP .

What I liked about this challenge and the product was that I started to feel changes tone and good looks never was . I never stopped eating and dieting , although I tried not to eat junk food , I only cared what I eat to be healthy.
