I have been athletic my entire life. Health has always come second nature to me. Running is another one of my passions, and recently I have taken up weight training. No matter how involved in health I am though I have always had small struggles staying dedicated to my programs and routines. This challenge was a fantastic step in the right direction to help me stay dedicated and achieve my best health results ever. When I started I wanted to drop about 10 pounds, build lean muscle mass, tone up my mid section and obtain more strength in my arms. To achieve these goals I worked out 5-6 days a week with weight training and cardio intervals, and maintained a better nutrition and supplement plan. Now I weigh in 9 pounds lighter than before and have acquired more lean muscle as well as more flexibility. My overall strength has improved and my focus is far better than before. I feel amazing! The products that I used were the YOR MRP shakes, the supergreens, vitamins, completeburn, berry blast, digestive enzymes, probiotics, fiber, and repair. During my training I began noticing significant boosts in my energy levels do to this supplement line.
