I always struggled with my weight like everyone else because I love food too much, so my diet didn't change at all when I was doing my 8 week challenge. My weight when I started was a major 84 KG. I know it's not that much but for me it's 84 KG of pure fat but I was able to turn that pure fat in to muscle and gained the more strength out of it. 84 KG turned into 86.1 KG of muscle.
I took the products every day, since I got the products on my door step. My favourite product has to be the berry blast because it gave such a energy boost that game me the strength to exercise 6 times a week with heavy compound exercises.
This products has impacted my life so much because I was a couch potato, not wanting/ excited for the gym at all because it's winter time and I want to be in my nice warm bed but the products game me such a rush and turned my life upside down to be a more healthier person.
