Firstly, thank you Yor Health for creating this amazing product range and 8 week best body challenge!

I'm Scott, from Perth, Western Australia.

Officially this is my second 8 week challenge, however I didn't complete my first one due to breaking my collar bone. This put me out of action for a while, I lost a lot of muscle tone due to not being able to exercise.

A few weeks after my surgery, once I got movement back in the shoulder, I decided to start this 8 week challenge. Although I was limited to what movements I could do, I got back to the gym and did my best.

I use the full range of products as I understand the importance of each. To start my day, religiously the first thing I do is have my super blast drink which consists of one serve of supergreens, fibre and berry blast. This tastes amazing and when your body hasn't had food for 10-12 hours over night, there's nothing better than knowing the first things it's going to absorb are the antioxidants of 24 servings of fruit and veg!

I use the Yor Digest Ultra with my 2 biggest meals which are breakfast and dinner. I eat a large breakfast and dinner so it helps break down that food so you don't get that "food coma" tired feeling after eating.

I take the Yor Essential vitamin 3 times per day with food, and the Yor Probiotics Ultra and Yor repair before bed. I also Use the Yor Repair immediately after exercise along with the Yor MRP shake. I also use the shake as a bridge meal between my main meals which works well as its very filling and convenient.

The best thing for me was I didn't change my diet one bit. Still ate out a lot and enjoyed a drink or 2.

All in all, I'm now in the best shape I've ever been in, started at 14% body fat and am now down to 9.5%, have so much more energy and sleeping and recovering better than ever before.
