I started this challenge at 92 kg looking for something more and to keep me motivated.i have always struggled with binge eating and stress eating .i have finished this challenge at 90kg.
unfortunately i didnt hit my goal but still managed to lose a couple of kilos.
i would start my day by taking my Yor Probiotic.i found that this has improved my gut health and found that i dont bloat as much when i normally eat.then for morning tea i would have my Yor super greens mixed with Yor berry blast.Yum!!!
For lunch i would have 2 scoops of yor chocolate mrp.after dinner i would take a digestive to help with digesting my food.i found that the digestives work wonders as i have always suffered bad indigestion after eating a meal most of the time.even when over indulging i still had a very comfortable time digesting my food.
I started off by walking 3 times a week for minimum of half an hour.i started getting comfortable by the end of week 2 and started jogging.by week 5 i was running for half hour still 3 times a week.i injured my hip in the process of running one afternoon and found it hard to exercise or even walk.i fell back into bad habits and not taking my products like i should of been as i got really down on myself.i have come back from injury and starting a new 8 week challenge and im roaring to go and pick my act up and actually work hard to achieve my goal.
