Getting into the Yor Health 8 Week Challenge has been such an incredible experience. I find it very interesting that something that has the cause on how I look in the outer body, has made me feel so good inside as well.
Only two weeks had passed after I started the challenge and I was even ignoring how I looked and was enjoying mostly how I felt!
My friends began to ask me that I looked better and they wondered what was it that I was doing. I kept telling them that I felt like I was granted with a brand new body.
Some of my friends joined, and it was exciting to have them call me after just two weeks out of the eight, only to confirm in such awe that they felt (in deed) that they had a new body.
I must say that there were times when I ate some goodies and I wasn't so strict about my diet. But I kept going. I think that any change in life has a process and each and every one us has a unique life.
Doing the challenge really encouraged me to do more exercise that I usually was doing. I did more biking, I started running again and I even signed up to a gym. It felt like my muscles and body were waking up from a very long sleep!
The products and the exercise which in reality wasn't that much, gave me more energy, better health and a new hope for the years I have ahead.
During my challenge, I would take 1 capsule of Probiotics and 2 of Repair as soon as I woke up.
For breakfast I took 2 Essential Vitamins. Sometimes I would replace breakfast with a shake mixed with: Super Greens, Fiber Plus and MRP.
During lunch and dinner I took 1 capsule of Digest Ultra, 2 Essential Vitamins, and 2 of Yor Shape.
Before my exercises I took Berry Blast mixed with water.
During my exercises I took Muscle Energy and after I was done, I had a MRP, mixed with strawberries or blueberries, tasted fabulous!
