The weight I started with was 64Kg. My final weight is 68 Kgs, for someone that has never exceeded 65 my results speak for themself. I'm extremely happy that YorHealth is changing my life.

Upon waking up I would consume a capsule of Probiotics and Repair. For breakfast Id blend Vanilla MRP with fiber plus and a sachet of Berry Blast. Between Breakfast and lunch Id have a serve of SuperGreens. Lunch and dinner were Filo dishes, it would range from Chicken, Beef and Pork with a serve of Rice. A serving of MRP Id fit in after a workout session between lunch and dinner. 30 minutes before bed I would consume another capsule of Probiotics and Repair.

My first day of the 8 week challenge I worked out every muscle to get my body ready for the 8 weeks, not extensively just for preparation, from then Id keep a schedule of:
Chest/Triceps
Legs
Shoulders/Traps
Back/Biceps
Cardio
Legs would be midweek and Cardio on Sundays as its the day I play Soccer.

Since 18yrs old Ive never been able to exceed 65Kgs, Ive always wanted to put on weight and get thick. I tried working out at the gym but I was too lazy to keep going, so I just accepted that this was it for me.
