Bueno, en esta ocasión estuve trabajando duro y buscando bajar de peso y empezar a definir. Logre el objetivo de poder correr un medio maraton en menos de 2 horas, de hecho, lo hice 2 veces, y cuando uno cumple la meta propuesta, es realmente muy satisfactorio.
Para lograr esto sigo consumiendo el paquete de adelgaza, que es lo que me ha ayudado a llevar un día a día lleno de energía.
Me encanta mi nuevo yo, y no solo ha sido físico, ya que el hacer ejercicio no solo he entrenado mi cuerpo, sino mi mente, o quien se aguanta solo 2 hrs corriendo y pensando en nada!
