Living a busy life with kids I found it very easy to make excuses for my bad eating and zero exercise. I never realised how overweight I was until I was scrolling through my phone one day. I swiped past a photo I didn't recognise and said to myself "who's that fat guy on my phone". I swiped back to the photo, it turns out one of my kids had my phone and had taken a random photo of me from behind. When I realised it was myself it came as a great shock.
I decided to start dieting. I had about 2-3 attempts on my own and only really lasted a week or so.
That's when an old friend introduced me to the Yor Health products. I had no energy or motivation. I mean NONE I just couldn't be bothered to get into the weight loss zone.
He got me to sign up to the 8 week challenge. I purchased a slim pack.
My starting weight was just over 90kg.
I used Super Greens and Berry Blast upon waking every morning followed by a 20 min walk.
After getting home and having a shower and getting ready for work I'd have my Probiotics, Digest plus and a Meal Replacement shake.
Mid morning a piece of fruit.
Lunch a light meal (usually chicken with rice or sweet potato and a Digest plus.
Mid afternoon a Meal Replacement shake.
Dinner a light meal similar to lunch and a Digest plus.
Then the gym and my Repair Ultra.
After 3 days of this regime I was literally bursting with energy!
I didn't know what to do with it, I was excited and inpatient to get to a treadmill.
I'm running now all the time that's something iv never done!
This program kept me accountable and the products kept me fuelled and focused. I never took my Yor best body band off my wrist. Every time I'd go for my usual bad food groups it was there to remind me of the promise I made myself.
My Goal weight was 82kg. On the last day of the challenge I came in at exactly 82.2kg.
