Hi i m Aurélie, I do this challenge because i can't do last year. I broke my foot ligament and i can t walk for 4months. During one year i do physic to have the same capacity than before this accident.
During this year i take weight lot of weight. i don't like my body so i eat sweeties that make my smile. No sport and no good food that worse...
Fisrt i want to say I LOST ONE SIZE. I was 78kg and then i m 71kg :)

I start the challenge 8week ago.
Fisrt month i took 1cps probtiotic ever morning with warm water.
than i take my shower et then i take 2 vitamin and 1 calcium magnesium.
30min after i take 1scop mrp vanilla 1scop super green and 1 scop fiber with middle water and middle fresh mango juice.
I eat like my habits and take 1 omega 3 and 2vitamin.
The evening no pils.

The second month no probiotic and no omega 3. And i do the same.
the evening i take glucosamine.

Each day i do gymnastic 10min per day and train my body to sculp it. I discover an application mobile to train you. I follow that. I walk with my job 10km per day. I stop to take elevator, just stairs. It help :)

One month and i saw ab on my body. But i don t like that... I find my body ugly with abs. so i stop exercice and just do for back.
The last week was difficult because i was in holiday with all inclusive food. I do effort and no weight more. I always have forms but no more like i was !!!

This challenge change my life, i realize that i eat healthy but i can t lost weight why? Because i my food is poor of nutriment.
i wear bikini and i like it. I m not a model but i m prout of my body and nobody can change my mind. Thaks Yor Health.
I was in the sculpt category because i want abd. But when i saw ht i don t like it. Thats why i don't have it on the photos.

Hello, moi c'est Aurélie J ai commencé le challenge, car je n ai pas pu le faire il y de ca bientôt 2ans. En effet, je me suis décollé les ligaments de la cheville et de ce fait je n ai pu plus marcher ni faire quoi que ce soit. Pendant un an j’ai du faire de la physio pour récupérer la même musculature des deux cotés. Pendant un an, j’ai du évité le sport. J ai pris beaucoup de poids. Je me trouvais laide donc je me vengeais sur les douceurs. Ce qui n aide pas. J avais un limite de poids et le l’ai méchamment franchie..
Je tiens à dire rapidement J'AI PERDU UNE TAILLE ET je suis passée de 78kg à 71kg

J’ai commencé le challenge, il a de ca 8semaines.
Le premier mois j’ai pris 1LB ultra tous les matins avec un verre d eau tiède.
Je prend ensuite ma douche et prend 2 vitamine et 1calcium magnesium.
Pour déjeuner je prend 1scop de mrp vanille 1scop de supergreen 1scop de fiber avec moiti eau moitié jus de mangue frais.
Je mange comme à mon habitude
A midi je prend 2vitamine et 1 omega 3 et l soir rien.
Le deuxième mois, je stoppe les LB ultra et les omega 3.
Le soir je rajoute 1gluccosamine.
Tous les jours j’ai fais 10min d’exercice avec un application que j ai découvert. Avec mn job je marche environ 10km par jour, j’ai accentué en ne prenant plus les ascenceurs que les escaliers.
Après un mois deja des abdo se dessinaient sur mon ventre. J ai trouvé ca moche …. J ai donc arrêté de les travailler. Ceci explique pourquoi je suis dans cette catégorie. J en voulais et je n ai pas aimé.
La dernière semaine fut la pire pour moi car j ‘étais en vacances tout inclus. Donc nourriture à volonté… J ai réussi à ne rien prendre comme poids ?
Ce challenge a changé ma vie car j avais beau mangé sainement je ne perdais rien.. Pourquoi ? parce que je mangeais de la nourriture pauvre en nutriments…
Cette dernière semaine ai porté fièrement mon bikini et personne ne pourra m enlever ce sourire. Merci Yor health
