I started at just under 70kgs and I didn't feel good about my self at all, I lacked energy and motivation to do anything about it. I used all products in the sculpt kit and exercised religiously for the whole challenge. Towards the half way mark I could already see improvement in my energy and felt like I could take on more difficult tasks and fitness activities, my mood also changed a lot from feeling slack, angry and annoyed at little things to being energetic and more positive then I have ever been!! from then till now I lost 1kg of fat and gained 5kg from my staring weight and am now loving life!!
