I cannot begin to express how this feels! 8 short weeks have come to an end; 8 kgs have melted away and I feel unstoppable!

My name is Tommy Kenna, and I am a 20 year old Taekwondo Athlete. After competing in a weight categorized sport for so many years I had developed some terrible habits of crash dieting to make weight and binging afterwards. As a result I suffered severely from inflammation which presented itself as itchy, red psoriasis all over my body. I made a pact with myself and committed to the Yor Health 8 week challenge to get back on track and instill the healthy habits I was lacking.

Entering the challenge I weighed in at 78.5kgs and approximately 15% body fat. 8 weeks on I reached my goal of 70kg and now carry only 5.2% of weight as fatty tissue. Best of all my psoriasis has almost completely disappeared!

While I did train Taekwondo three nights per week and participate in resistance training each weekday morning, I credit my success to the Yor Health products. The best nutrition program can only be achieved by adherence to that program, and that's what make Yor Health so great. The products taste fantastic and so sticking to the plan is not only simple but very enjoyable.

Before starting work each night I kicked off my "day" with the Super Greens, Probiotic and Repair Ultra followed by a Berry Blast that completely eliminated my reliance on caffeine to complete taxing night shifts.

Following my morning gym sessions I would enjoy a Yor Shake that would often be incorporated into a smoothie with fruit and/or yogurt. This was repeated in the evening after my Taekwondo training.

Throughout the challenge I ate regularly (3 meals and 3 snacks per day) but with my larger meals I took a Digest Ultra. This worked wonders and I never once felt bloated.

I look at how far I've come in only 2 months, see the physical changes and feel the benefits of a more positive mindset. This challenge is only the beginning for me; I now see every day as an opportunity to improve, grow, and become the best 'me' I can be :)
