Well, this was my fourth cycle and I wanted to do something different. After 24 months on YOR products straight I decided to have a month break. As we were told in school - "an object in motion tends to stay in motion" my body was in momentum and it took 3 weeks before I felt some changes. I did not see major changes on my body but my energy levels later in day started wearing off and after larger meals I felt bloted and tired. I know that one month is not long enough to feel any big changes, good or bad.

Anyways, after a month I was so looking forward to get back on my morning Super Green shakes and all YOR products…

For my next cycle I decided to cut out meat. Just to try something I haven't done before. I am not vegetarian but after watching movie Cowspiracy (yes Cow) I became a "meat minimalist" and had a bit of meat 4x in last 8 weeks.

I used again pretty much the whole range of products.

First 4 days I did fresh veggie juice only(home made). After that I got onto healthy diet inspired by vegan book 80/10/10. To keep my protein intake up I have been using more of YOR Shake(once or twice a day). No body is perfect and I have to confess about my vice - good pizza and chocolate - I have consumed more than I should(at least once a week) during my challenge.

My daily breakfast - "Supershake" contains YOR Super Greens, Fiber, Shake(alternate Vanilla&Choc), rolled oats, banana and other fruits&berries. Still Can't belive that something so tasty is actually healthy.

During a day I have my Berry Blast (or two) and love the extra energy and the taste of it. It works and taste better than coffee.

With cooked meals(we cook heaps at home & pizza out :-) ) I have 1x digest ultra & 1x essential vitamin.

Before bedtime I have 1x probiotics & 2x Repair enzymes.


I have been training 4-5x a week. Mostly bodyweight HIIT workouts, surfing and sometimes run on sand.

I became stronger and can I can control my body movements better than ever. I gain 1kg of lean muscle. I definitely feel much much better using YOR Health products and after getting off the products for a month I can really say that supplements are a core need to keep us in peak performance as studies show. Now I truly believe in this. Thank you YOR Health for providing such a great product and support.

I definitely start next cycle very soon. It's fun, engaging and I love to get people excited and do it with me.
