What can I say…WOW! These products have really changed me mentally, physically and spiritually. Looking at the old me after taking those photos really disappointed me, because I was the guy people would come to for health advice, or training advice yet I didn’t have the results to show for it…(Kind of like having an over-weight personal trainer/nutritionist haha!) So I decided to really apply myself and go all out for this challenge and start to take and use my own advice!
I started to train 4-7 times a week and squeezed a training session in wherever possible! (9 times out of 10 I would be in the gym at 5:00am because of my lack of time after work hours working Full-time in the engineering trade from 7:30-4:00) Started to prep my meals with the help of my mother, which was good, I ate 5-7 meals a day along with taking the whole product range religiously! (Except for the Super Slims)
Although I didn’t hit my desired weight I am not at all phased by it because I’m actually surprised I managed to gain any weight, I was one of those guys who could drop weight like nothing, but when it came to gaining that was a struggle!
I am looking forward to starting up another Challenge ASAP to continue on getting the amazing results, which I have to show for now! Also I can now comfortably say that I am a product of the product!
