I worked out five days a week, combining strength training and cardio (gotta love that cardio!). I used the whole entire product line with the exception of fiber and the muscle energy. I took the products every day.
During these 8 weeks have been an amazing experience. At times I hated it and other times it showed how much people can overcome their fears and put everything they have in achieving their dreams. I've been using Yorhealth products for a few years and never fully accepted how the products could change your life. I decided to finally take control of how I felt about myself and be consistent with my gym experiences. I not only took the products more seriously, but I took myself more seriously. As I changed jobs and entered a very challenging time in my life with the management of my time, I decided to stay true to my fitness goals.
