When I first entered the Yor Health challenge I wasn't sure if it was going to work or not. But after the first two weeks of being dedicated and having a lot of motivation I saw results and it pushed me to keep striving to do better and be better. I heard a lot of bad reviews about Yor Health but I realized that those people who talk bad are the ones who aren't committed and dedicated. I believe if you put your mind into it anything is possible. The products that I told was the slim set and I usually take my products 2 times a day and I always work out 4 to 5 times a week and when I try to push myself sometimes I'll workout two times a day. This challenge had changed my life in many ways, it helped me pushed myself to my certain extent. I did exercises that I never thought I'll be able to do. There are many times I wanted to quit and just go back to my eating habits but then when I think why I started in the first place it motivates me to stop my cravings and bad eating habits and focus on bettering myself. I love how the MRP doesn't make me crave for food, it helps me with my cravings. To anyone out there that are hesitate to join this challenge shouldn't be because you never know what kind of potential you have unless you take the risk and go for it. Whether it's people that try to put you down from this challenge just prove them wrong and show them that you can do it. I love this challenge and this is not where I'm going to stop at, I'm going to go for another challenge and get to my weight goal because I'm half way there from my weight goal. I would love to thank Yor Health for this awesome opportunity, it is definitely life changing.
