Hola como están comunidad yor este es mi 3 reto espero ganar esta ves !! Jaja aquí le dejo un poco de lo que hice , yo pesaba 56 kg mi meta era 61 y lo logre muchas gracias , lo productos que me tomaba eran malteada de vainilla y chocolate después ir al gym me la tomaba ,antes de ir al gym me tomaba el muscle energy y dos de vitaminas , las vitaminas me la tomaba mañana tarde y noche, el supergreens me tomaba alas 12 pm o 1pm acompañado de una manzana , ah en las mañana por supuesto me tomaba los probioticos y el repair lo mejor el repair me ayuda mucho controlando el dolor y lo ultimo producto que me tomaba obvio que las disgestivas en cada comida , también hice una dieta estricta ,ejerció iba al gym y streetworkout iba de lunes a viernes, sábados y domingos descansaba , los productos en vida me cambiado aparte de ponerme en forma mi salud no me he enfermado y eso que soy una persona que me enfermo mucho :/ me ayuda controlar mis alergia y tengo mejor rendimiento muchas gracias !!!.
