I first started thinking about how to stay healthy. So I started working out/eating right, then my cousin came along and offered me this great opportunity. He said "hey since you are already working out and staying healthy, how about trying this." I was opened about it and took him up on the challenge. After several weeks of taking multiple products Vitamins/Digest/Repairs/Probiotics and keeping a regular routine of working out eating/drinking the yorhealth shakes. The results were amazing, slowly but surely my body started to transform and I started seeing results and I just couldn't believe my own eyes. SO that even motivated me more to hit the gym harder to stay healthier and most of all to better my life. I want to be able to still do the things I love even when I am alot older like hiking, camping, overall just exploring the world with my own body and the only way to do that is to stay healthy by keeping your mind and body healthy. This was an amazing challenge and I am glad I was able to partake in this event.
