When I started the 8 weeks challenge I weighted about 180lbs and my body fat percentage was a little bit over 11% and since I started the challenge and taking the YOR Health products I felt a lot more energy through out my day and especially when I'm working out in the gym. The products helped me controlled my daily calories intake and allowed me digest food so much better. And most importantly helped me develop a healthier habit when it comes to making food choices. Today I weight myself at 175lbs even though i only lost 5lbs but I was able to get my body fat percentage down to 7% body fat which was my main goal when I started the challenge. I take my products daily and I worked out consistently 6 days a week and about one hour a day. I am in love with the Yor health products because its taking me to a whole new fitness level that I never thought I was able to reach!!
