This is my second 8 week challenge, the results I have had are amazing considering my limited time in the gym.
Unfortunately 2 weeks into the challenge a couple of old injuries flared up really badly, which resulted in me only going on average twice per week after that. I have lost a lot of muscle over this time which was very disappointing for me.
However, I have consistently taken all of the YOR health products throughout this time and I am a strong believer this is the reason I have lost belly fat and body fat % and most importantly not put on any weight. The digestive health benefits I have got from these products are a life saver, I can eat what I want when I want, everything in moderation and a healthy digestive system is the secret.
I start the day with the greens, berry blast and fiber. Half an hour later I have the YOR shake for breakfast which is quick and easy. I have the digest and essential vitamin with my two main meals (lunch & dinner), then finish the day with the probiotic and YOR repair which is aiding the recovery process really well.
I know my results are not the best I've had before but I am still extremely pleased with the result and loving my own body the way it is :)
