I must admit I was skeptical when I first started the program as I have never really been big into using health supplements. However I did realise that my previous diet and excersise program was not yielding the results i desired. So my goal for trying the YOR health program included seeing changes to my physique. I wanted to see an increase in muscle definition and also a reduction in excess fat.

So when I started using the a combination of YOR health products I thought I would give it a proper go. It starts with having the MRP mix each morning alongside the green shake and berry blast. With each meal I also had 1 X ultra digest. Each morning and evening I would also take the probiotic and ultra muscle repair. All of this was accompanied by a lean meal plan as well as a training program including a combination of cardiovascular/high intense weight training 6 days per week.

Not only did I feel healthier when I started using YOR health products, my motivation and energy levels also increased. Alongside these benefits I also saw the physical changes I was looking for when I started the 8 week challenge - my muscle definition increased and I also noticed reduction in body fat. I also feel that I have developed an overall healthier lifestyle, developing new habits which I will continue to follow.
