I've always been into my health and fitness and loved going to the gym but I've always struggled to get my nutrition on track. After a long time of bad habits and abusing my body my mate introduced me to YOR Health. After originally being sceptical of YOR health I didn't really give it much thought. After another month or so of being unhealthy I realised I need to change my lifestyle to become more healthy. I looked into the 8 week challenge to motivate me for a big overseas holiday I have this year. To sum up the previous eight weeks, I am such a big believer in YOR health supplements as it has completely changed the way I look and feel! I'm so happy with the products that I have even joined up to be a representative of the company.
Summary of 8 week challenge.
I bought the following supplements.
Probiotics, super greens, berry blast, Meal replacement shake (MRP) and ultra digest. I used all of these throughout the 8 weeks while also cleaning up my diet and eating a lot healthier.
Every morning I would wake up and take the probiotics on an empty stomach. And then I'd mix my super greens together with the berry blast and then take my ultra digest with each meal. In the afternoons, about two hours before my gym session I would have an MRP and then another after the workout.
My favourite supplements were the super greens and berry blast combo. I found that by taking this everyday I would recover better, feel healthier and also not have junk food cravings. Overall, as the 8 weeks went on I felt I had more energy and my body was absorbing all the nutrients I was feeding it. Because of how much better I felt on YOR health products I could do intense weight training 5 days a week.
I am blown away with the results thanks to YOR health and the 8 week challenge!
