Hello! My name is Luis and I just finished my 8 week challenge. I'm very happy with the results, two months ago I used to weigh 191 pounds and now my weigh is 183! It might not sound that much of a difference but believe me it's is! I feel different, I know I'm in a better track now And i say this because I used to be really fit, I used to do a lot of excercise and I was already taking the yor health products but last year I broke my arm and went thru some personal problems and that really made an impact in my life in a bad and good way, I got depress because of that and started to eat a lot of junk/fast food I stoped doing any kind of excercise and I really went thru one of the hardest moments in my life, physical and emotional, and it not only affected me it affected my relationships and the ones I love most and honestly I was bad, and I didn't know how to get of out there (Even that in a way I knew that was not good to me).
But the good side is that I know I didn't want to be like that forever, and I learned from that and decided to star over so I joined the yor best body challenge and for two months I did exercise 2-3 times a week and everyday i had the delicious yor shake with supergreens (sometimes with fiber) and yor digest ultra , I also Give it a shot to the new yor super slim, and two months laters and even with some cheat meals (pizza hamburger and all the stuff we love) 8 pounds less, so I'm very happy for this challenge it made believe in me again! And I do not want to stop again! Thank you!
